Services provided by the AFCO's Land Services Group include land assemblage, corporate site selection, land disposition, investment site selection and land development (commercial, multi family and single family), and annexation.
Members of AFCO's Real Estate Team facilitated one of the largest land deals to ever take place in the State of Georgia in the Gwinnett Mall area. The land sale was for a 375 acre tract located just north of the mall.
AFCO also completed a 54 acre land sale to the City of Austell that will be used to make a soccer field and park for the community.
